We work in an industry that has to deliver creative solutions and if we don’t allow people to express their creativity, we’re killing the principle of their work. We have to be the nurturer/protector and not the controller. We are a 53 people team and we handle over 10000 + clients and we delight our customers with a need based approach.

We create an atmosphere…
Where people can express their views in a non hierarchical way of showing mutual respect. This results in good work, which attracts good people who come to us and the good work continues.

Our relationship with our team…
There are several intangible/subjective/intuitive parameters when it comes to measuring creativity. We have chosen not to play in the dictatorial fashion but in a style where a group of creative advisors discuss and arrive at what we believe is refreshing and effective creativity.

A dialogue, persuasion, faith and out of a realization that none of us are infallible.

To ensure we remain a successful leader, we search for disciplined, self motivated professionals who have an interest in the financial services industry and a desire to help investors achieve success while realizing their own.

We respect the consumer and try to surprise him/her in a delightful fashion. The consumer is not blind folded about our products; he is intelligent as you are. Also, the consumer is exposed to a lot of choices, so how you can make him/her feel important and involved in your communication, is what we try to work out.
